Dave Dembitz
Chief Executive Officer

David Dembitz is responsible for the strategic implementation of TotalStream’s business plan especially in the areas of sales, marketing, business development, finance and administration. Dave has been very successful in building sales teams and marketing organizations and in accelerating revenue. He has led companies through the entire lifecycle from start-up through venture funding, private placement, public offerings and acquisitions. Most notably, Dembitz played a key role in driving revenue from $3M to more than $100M in seventeen months at AboveNet. His management experience also includes companies such as Accellion, and SynOptics Communications. Mr. Dembitz has an M.B.A. and two Bachelor of Sciences degrees at University of Utah.

Dennis Nugent
COO, Founder

Dennis Nugent is responsible for strategic implementation of TotalStreams high-performance streaming platform. Before joining TotalStream, Mr. Nugent was Vice President Network Operations, at CETNetworks, and at Chaincast Networks (now StreamAudio). Mr. Nugent was also Vice President of AboveNet Communications, Inc. Mr. Nugent holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada and an MBA in Marketing from Golden Gate University.

Steve Popper
CTO

As CTO, Steve Popper is responsible for operations. Mr. Popper is a successful entrepreneur with experience in managing technology, entertainment and retail enterprises. His experience with IPTV and internet video includes launching Lasoo, one the first IPTV solutions, and Imediasee, a Flash video streaming service. Prior to this, he founded Synergy International Consulting, an aerospace technology integrator which was acquired by Xansa Plc (formerly FI Group). He previously spent five years at SAP, where he was heavily involved in the development of SAP’s vertical industry focus and helped lead SAP’s entry into the Aerospace & Defense market. He has over 20 years experience with Information Technology Systems including executive management roles in several companies specifically in the computer hardware and software industry.

Libby Moyer
Director Business Development
Libby Moyer is responsible for Business Development at TotalStream. Previously Libby was Director of Business Development at New Art Miami; VP Sales and Marketing, Continental Film & Video Labs ; Exec. Producer at eieio entertainment LLC; and Director of Business Development at the nation's first digital TV station WHDT and sister station WHDN. She worked in content acquisition for IPTV Holdings Inc. and www.LiivMD.com. Her early career was in motion picture production and distribution including IMAX, feature films and commercials. Libby has a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College, is a graduate of National Theater Conservatory, and is a Founding Member of Hartman Theater Conservatory.

Mark Kaleem is a Silicon Valley veteran with 30 years of technology expertise. Before joining TotalStream Mr. Kaleem was founder and CEO of Sanlight. SANlight's backup, restore, and archiving software technology were sold to Quantam. Previously Mr. Kaleem was Vice President of corporate development at AboveNet. Prior to joining AboveNet, Mr. Kaleem was the founder of Unetix International, a product development and marketing consulting firm focusing on high-technology companies. He has also held several senior level management positions including Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning at InfoSpace.com, Inc. and President of ComTrade, Inc. Mr. Kaleem received a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Karachi and a Master's degree in Economics from Oklahoma State University.


Dr. Srinivasin is responsible for TotalStreams' Linux servers and storage. As a research staff member at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center, Dr. Srinivasin was the developer of the first microprocessor formal verification system. He was also a principal Engineer at the Mentor Graphics Corporation, was a Co-founder of TransIT Inc., a supply chain management company that was sold to i2 Technologies (NASDAQ:ITWO), co-founder & CTO , CSI - Semiconductor Design Software where he built the company to over 60 employees and 50 customers worldwide which was sold to Magma Design (NASDAQ:LAVA). Dr. Srinivasin has a Ph.D. in EECS (University of California, Berkeley). Dr. Srinivasin is a recipient of the A.F and C.D. Moore Fellowship and is an inventor who holds five U.S. Patents in semiconductors.


Dr. Chaudhri is responsible for TotalStreams' software platform. Dr. Chauhri was Development Staff Member of VLSI Technology Inc. (Semiconductors), a senior member of the research Staff at Mentor Graphics Corp., Co-founder of TransIT Inc. a supply chain management that was sold to i2 Technologies (NASDAQ:ITWO) and co-founder & VP of Engineering, CSI - Semiconductor Design Software which he built to over 60 employees and 50 customers worldwide. The company was sold to Magma Design (NASDAQ:LAVA). Dr. Chaudri has a Ph.D. in Physics (Dartmouth College), and is an inventor who holds four U.S. Patents.
